PURPOSE

To advance comprehensive hospice, palliative and end-of-life care available to every Georgian by:

• Promoting excellence and integrity in operations and care provision
• Providing leadership and education
• Advancing access to care
• Enhancing professional and community collaboration
• Advocating effectively

Members of the GHPCO are licensed hospices and palliative care programs, as well as organizations and individuals that share our mission and purpose to advance care available to all Georgians with life-threatening illnesses and at the end of their life.

The Georgia Hospice and Palliative Care Organization is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.  Funds to support GHPCO come from private grants and gifts, membership dues, supportive organizations, educational events, and individuals.
